Policy
It is our pleasure to provide you with the high quality products and the courteous service you deserve. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with any of our products we will refund your money without hassle.
Please take a moment to check the contents of your package as soon as it
arrives to make sure that your order is correct.
We
carefully inspect
and pack all of our orders and we trust that you will be extremely
satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event that an item is
defective or damaged we will gladly replace the item(s) or refund your
money.
Return Procedure:
If you have a product that
needs to be returned, please follow these steps:

Send an email to
orders@pure-life.com
stating the reason for return.

An RMA#
(return
merchandise authorization)
number will be issued to you as soon as possible.

You will be notified via email and the
address to send your return.

Package the item(s) securely (including
all original documentation etc.) and write the
RMA# clearly on the outside of
the box and ship back to the address provided to you.

Upon receipt of the returned package, a
credit or replacement will be issued, whichever is applicable and you will
receive a confirmation email. Please note that shipping charges are none
refundable.
