Dr. Suzy's comments:  This unique tool is an old favorite of mine and has stood the test of time.  If you suffer from painful knots and spasms in your back , neck and shoulders, try reaching for this safe and effective device instead of relying on over-the-counter or prescription pain medication.  I have seen instances where office workers line up to use it during breaks.  I use mine frequently when I am on the computer for hours at a time or feel tension building in my back, neck and in between my shoulder blades. Use light, gentle pressure for a minute or two on those hard to get spots around the shoulder blade and even the lower back.
